Psolvely LLC is a technology partner for established and growing businesses. We do two things: modernize legacy applications that have become expensive or risky to change, and build MVPs for teams that need a first version in front of real users quickly.

Why Psolvely exists

Most companies with an aging, revenue-generating application are stuck between two bad options. A full rewrite is too expensive and too risky to justify. Doing nothing means the security debt, the incident volume, and the hiring problem all keep compounding. The same trap catches founders from the other direction: an agency quotes six months and six figures before a single user has seen the idea.

Psolvely was built around the middle path — assess what is actually there, sequence the work against business priorities, and deliver in phases that a real budget can absorb. That takes engineers who have lived through the failure modes, not a template and a slide deck.

Who runs it

Psolvely was founded by Rusty Davis, Founder & Principal Engineer, who brings 15+ years of software engineering and engineering leadership across startup, enterprise, and private-equity-backed environments — building products from zero to production, and inheriting plenty of systems that other people built. That mix is the whole point: modernization work needs someone who has both shipped greenfield and been on call for a system they did not write.

Honest about fit

Psolvely is not the right call for staff augmentation, design-only work, or small fixed-scope tasks. Saying so early is cheaper for both of us than finding out in month two.

What we do

• Legacy application modernization — resolving security vulnerabilities, modernizing infrastructure, improving scalability and performance, and lowering incident frequency in systems that have become expensive to change.
• MVP development — a working product in weeks, with tight scope and clean architecture. Pricing is an upfront development fee plus a deferred convertible debt instrument, which frees startup capital and gives Psolvely a real stake in whether the product succeeds.
