By accessing or using the Psolvely LLC website at psolvely.com (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Psolvely LLC provides technology consulting services including legacy application modernization and MVP development. Specific terms for any paid engagement will be set out in a separate written agreement or statement of work between Psolvely LLC and the client.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You may not:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest content from the Site without written consent
• Impersonate Psolvely LLC or any of its personnel

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of Psolvely LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our express written permission.

Strategy sessions are subject to the following terms:

• Sessions must be scheduled in advance via our booking tool
• The session fee is charged at time of booking
• The session fee is credited toward any subsequent engagement with Psolvely LLC
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the session may be rescheduled at no additional charge
• Our money-back satisfaction guarantee applies if you are not satisfied with the session outcome. Contact us within 48 hours of the session

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Psolvely LLC does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute professional legal, financial, or technical advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Psolvely LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Psolvely LLC in the 90 days preceding the claim.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (including our scheduling tool). These links are provided for convenience only. Psolvely LLC has no control over the content or practices of third-party sites and is not responsible for them.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Psolvely LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
